Missions for cooperation agreements in interdisciplinary research, co-supervision agreements and double titling

  • Scholarships for UFSCar Faculty
    1. Senior Visiting Professor Abroad: Faculty of UFSCar with current employment contract, not retired, who has been a PhD for more than 10 (ten) years (in relation to the deadline date for enrollment in the selection process); and who participates as a formal professor in one or more of UFSCar's Graduate programs included in the PrInt (3 to 6 months period)
    2. Young Visiting Professor Abroad: Faculty of UFSCar with current employment contract, not retired, who has been a PhD for less than 10 (ten) years, (in relation to the deadline date for enrollment in the selection process); and who participates as a formal professor in one or more of UFSCar's Graduate programs included in the PrInt (3 to 6 months period)
  • Scholarships for UFSCar PhD students abroad
    Doctorate scholarship – opportunities for students regularly enrolled in Graduate programs, completing their studies abroad, learning new methodologies, strengthening research partnerships and developing their skills in other languages, as well as providing cultural experiences (6 months period).
  • Scholarships for UFSCar Faculty and Administrative Staff
    Training Scholars:Faculty or Administrative staff at UFSCar with current employment contract, not retired, enrolled in Graduate programs. Training scholars aims to offer opportunity to study new research skills that can contribute to the strengthening of the internationalization of UFSCar (1-3 months period).

 

Scholarships for funding at UFSCar

For International Faculty scholars

    1. Visiting Professor in Brazil – Grant to attract foreign resident, reputable acting professors to deliver courses, training, lectures, hold seminars and establish research partnerships in one of the thematic projects (15 to 30 days period).
    2. Young Talent with Experience Abroad – Grant to attract young talented researchers, necessarily living abroad, with relevant international scientific-academic experience (such as completed Master’s or Doctorate courses or sandwich degrees with at least 12 months abroad) for research activities (6 to 36 months period).
    3. Postdoctoral Researcher with Experience Abroad – Grant to attract experienced researchers and professors, necessarily living abroad, with relevant international scientific-academic experience (such as completed full Master’s or Doctorate courses or sandwich degrees with at least 12 months abroad) for teaching and research activities (6 to 36 months period).
